SE3-501F is equivalent to Thales ITL5-1, it is metal ceramic structure triode, directly heating thorium tungsten cathode, cooled by forced air. The max working frequency 150MHz, the max anode dissipation power 5kW, the max anode oscillating power 10kW. The tube is mainly used in industrial high frequency heating, can work in the condition of continuous wave and pulse.

Caution for the use:
1.1 Ambient air temperature: +5ºC-+45ºC.
1.2 Electron tubes are applicable to an altitude no more than 3km. If the altitude is more than 3km, please negotiate with the supplier.
1.3 Daily mean value of relative humidity should be no larger than 85%, and the monthly mean value should be no larger than 80%.
1.4 In rooms without surrounding corrosive gases, flammable gases or other hazardous pollutants and violent vibration.
1.5 Electron tubes should be packaged with the special packing carton of supplier, electron tubes should side-down/dropping and throwing of cartons should be strictly prohibited, and the anode should be vertically downward in normal cases. When electron tubes are transported with automobiles, on roads above grade III, the speed per hour should not exceed 30km/h, and the speed should be slow on roads below grade III.
