FU-834F or FU-834FA, it is high power metal ceramic triode, directly heating, carbonized thorium tungsten cathode, the anode cooled is by forced air, the max anode dissipation power 10kW, the output power can up to 30kW when the frequency is less than 60MHz, it is mainly used as the amplifier and oscillator in industrial high frequency medium heating equipments.
